There’s no point
This company is charging me twice, and I can't talk to any customer service to handle the situation. I got an automated two emails telling me they can't find my email when it is the email I'm using. The app does not allow you to renew the purchase.

I have an iPhone and have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost an hour. So I've been trying to get a phone number.
There doesn't seem to be one. But they put me through to a company that can help me online for $5.95, which is refundable. However, when you get there, they want $50. This is outrageous!
Do not do business with this company! I am filing a complaint with the state attorney general.

I want my dam 11.29 back on plan. Dam, this website I was led to on cost thought my plan for 1129 would include start-up with kit and monthly payments after that. I did not know about 139 to be paid for mat and other parts of the kit right now or that it was 139.

Verified ReviewerA monthly recurring fee was charged to my credit card. I did authorize it. You cannot contact them by phone and attempts to get them on their customer support. Email is not successful
The charge from better me/Pilates was unauthorized and showed up on my credit card. I reported it three months previously to my credit card company, but the charge appeared again on my new card. I spent about 45 minutes trying to get in touch with better me and so far there has been no valid way to do so.

As usual, this site does not make it easy to cancel the subscription. I finally did.

Took $400 worth of unauthorized payments!
I canceled my subscription in January of 2024 through my Apple ID subscriptions (an approved method of cancellation per their website) and deleted the app. They proceeded to charge my PayPal account (unmonitored by me because the only thing I was using it for was this subscription) every 12 weeks until I received a phone call from my bank that was linked to the PayPal account stating that my account was delinquent.
I only use this bank when making purchases using PayPal, so to my knowledge the account should have been sitting untouched. When I reached out to the support team to ask why they continued to charge me after I had cancelled, I was told that I didn’t cancel the entirety of my subscription, just an add on. My Apple ID showed no indication of an active subscription. They issued a refund for 2 of the 6 unauthorized payments.
When I asked why they wouldn’t refund the rest of the money they took, they told me that they can’t because of PayPal’s policy to not refund charges over 180 days, and refused to issue a refund via another method citing money laundering regulations (for less than $300) It would appear that this company has a habit of issuing unauthorized payments against its customers.
I’m guessing this is a large part of their business model, to take money from people after any business agreement has been cancelled. It’s bordering on theft, and they do it without remorse.

I found a charge for $96.86 to my debit card charged by BetterMe, which I didn't even make. When I got a hold of customer service, they pretty much told me I was SOL. Not a very good way to do business.

Once you get personal information you keep wanting a person to BUY more and more.

I don't know who they are and they hacked into my bank account
They have hacked into my bank account I have no idea who they are? I reported them to the police and I've made police reports this is the third time and I have reported them through my bank and filed a dispute beware I don't want to even go to their website because there's paid just that keep leading you to fill out inquiries I'm afraid that they are tracking every time I go into their page.
